Exchanges & Returns

Please keep paper tag intact if you wish to exchange item. Items must be returned to us unused with all tags and designer labels still attached. All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition. This includes all packaging, accessories and authenticity cards/dust bags. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly. Swimsuits, bikini bottoms, bra tops and shorts should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Other clothing should be tried on without make up and body creams, oils, etc to avoid the items being damaged. You can return any purchases for a full refund or an exchange within 14 days of the delivery date.  To request a refund, simply print our Return Form and fill in all the necessary fields and indicate which item(s) you wish to return and the reason why. Then sign it and enclose it in the return package. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please make sure that it is securely packaged to avoid damage in the transit. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the package using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the products. Please note that we will not cover return shipping costs and that you are responsible for any items lost during shipping.

Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you at your own expense. Your refund will be credited via the original payment method (currency, account and payment method as used for the original purchase). In case the original payment method was “Cash on Delivery” a bank account should be provided for the refund to be made possible. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. We aim to process returns the day we receive them, however during busy times it may take a couple of days. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be credited to your original payment method due to varying processing times between payment providers.

We aim to dispatch orders within the next two to three working days. Please note this can take longer during our sale peak and promotional periods for shipments to be dispatched. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirming that your order is completed, specifying the tracking number to monitor the shipment status.

Our products will be delivered to the address you gave us for delivery at the time you place your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate and to make sure that someone will be available to receive and sign for delivery.

Estimated delivery time is to be used as a guideline. HOUZ OF BEES shall not be held responsible for possible delays in shipments caused by factors that are beyond our control.

Delivery within the European Union is not subject to duties or any additional taxes.

However, customers from countries outside of the European Union may be asked to pay further duties at customs control. Cross-border deliveries are subject to possible inspection by the relevant custom authorities.  HOUZ OF BEES has no control over possible additional charges or inspections.

  • How do I create an account?
Go to the Account (https://houzofbees.com/my-account/) section of the website and sign up. You will be asked to provide some details and to create a password.

  • How do I update the personal details of my account?
You will be able to change your personal information in the Account details (/my-account/) section of your account. 
  • What should I do if I forgot my password?
To create a new password, click the Forgot password link in the sign-in section of your account. You will receive an email with instructions and a link to reset your password. This reset link will only be active for 30 minutes and can only be used once. If it expires before use, simply repeat the process. 
  • Do I need an account to place an order?
You do not have to create an account to place your order. You can either checkout as a guest or as a registered customer.
  • Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. When placing an order, please make sure, that the billing address is the same as the one listed on your credit card or bank statement. We will only charge your card for the full total quoted in checkout once we’ve run a series of checks and received authorization from your bank or credit provider. 
  • Can I pay for my order at delivery?
Only online payments are accepted, it is also possible to pay for your order at delivery.
  • Can I get a tax refund?
It is not possible to receive a tax refund for any items purchased on our website.
  • How do I track the status of my order?
If you have an account, go to the Orders & Returns section. Here you can view and manage all your orders. Every detail related to your purchases can be found here, including your order number, order date, order status, and details of the items you ordered. For items ordered as a Guest shopper, go to the order tracking (https://houzofbees.com//my-account/orders/) section and enter your email address and order number to track your order. 
  • Can I update or cancel my order?
Once your order is confirmed and we will send you an email. 
  • Why have I not received an order confirmation email? 
Check the spam folder of your inbox. If the email is there, make sure you add to your address book to make sure you receive all our communications. If there is no email confirmation, this means we have not processed your order, which may be due to an issue with payment verification. If this is the case, you will not be charged, and we recommend placing another order with a different payment method on our website or to get in touch with your bank.
