Refunds & Exchanges
As soon as we receive, inspect item and approve as stated above in unused conditions and with all necessary tags and protective adhesive strip (where applicable) your returned shipment we will contact you to confirm receipt of your return and proceed.
Furthermore, refunds and exchanges are not accepted for products with a discount of 30% or more, for products that are part of a special offer and labelled NON RETURNABLE. The items that are part of a set cannot be returned separately.
You can return one item for an exchange or refund only once per order.
We require up to 10 business days for processing returns and exchanges. The shipping time is excluded. Orders, Refunds and Exchanges are processed and shipped Monday to Friday only. We do not operate during national holidays. All our products are subject to Quality Control before shipment.
Houz of Bees reserves the right to refuse Returns that are not authorized or do not meet our Return, Refund and Exchange policy and will be sent back to you at your own expense to the shipping address specified in the original order.
Your refund will be credited via the original payment method (currency, account and payment method as used for the original purchase). Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. We aim to process returns the day we receive them, however during busy times it may take a couple of days. Please allow up to 14 business days for refunds to be credited to your original payment method due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Shipping and handling charges paid on your original shipment are non-refundable and these will be deducted from the money returned to you.
We can only accept items returned to us via our designated shipper and we only ship in Greece.
