DELIVERY
1. Shipping Information
We aim to dispatch orders within 2-7 working days from receiving the order and subject to verification. However we will do our best to ship as soon as possible, Note that we do not ship at the weekend or during public holidays.
Our products will be delivered to the address you gave us for delivery at the time you place your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate and to make sure that someone will be available to receive and sign for delivery.
2. Greece
Domestic shipping within Greece is carried out by our designated shipper.

The estimated delivery time is one to three business days after the dispatch date.
Estimated delivery time is to be used as a guideline. HOUZ OF BEES shall not be held responsible for possible delays in shipments caused by factors that are beyond our control.
3. International Shipping
The shipping rate varies according to your country.
For orders outside the EU the total order amount does not include the duties and taxes that are due when order is delivered by the shipper and will be required to release the goods from custom. They are calculated based on the item(s) and their value.
For further information contact your local customs office. Duties and taxes are non refundable and Houz of Bees does/can not accept any responsibility.
If for any reason the package is refused at customs we are unable to refund the cost of shipping and/or any taxes and duties incurred.
