ACCOUNT HOUZ OF BEES

Go to the Account (https://_______/my-account/) section of the website and sign up. You will be asked to provide some details and to create a password.

There are many benefits to creating an account, including:

  • Bookmarking the items in your shopping bag for later
  • Accessing all your orders and managing your return requests
  • Subscribing to the newsletter

You will be able to change your personal information in the Account details (______/) section of your account.

To create a new password, click the Forgot password link in the sign-in section of your account.

You will receive an email with instructions and a link to reset your password. This reset link will only be active for 30 minutes and can only be used once. If it expires before use, simply repeat the process.

You do not have to create an account to place your order. You can either checkout as a guest or as a registered customer.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. When placing an order, please make

sure, that the billing address is the same as the one listed on your credit card or bank statement.

We will only charge your card for the full total quoted in checkout once we’ve run a series of checks and received authorization from your bank or credit provider.

Only online payments are accepted, it is also possible to pay for your order at delivery.

It is not possible to receive a tax refund for any items purchased on our website.

ORDERS

If you have an account, go to the Orders & Returns section. Here you can view and manage all your orders. Every detail related to your purchases can be found here, including your order number, order date, order status, and details of the items you ordered. For items ordered as a Guest shopper, go to the order tracking (https://houzofbees._____//my-account/orders/) section and enter your email address and order number to track your order.

Once your order is confirmed and we will send you an email.

Check the spam folder of your inbox. If the email is there, make sure you add

_______ to your address book to make sure you receive all our communications. If there is no email confirmation, this means we have not processed your order, which may be due to an issue with payment verification. If this is the case, you will not be charged, and we recommend placing another order with a different payment method on our website or to get in touch with your bank.
