We aim to dispatch orders within the next three to seven business days from receiving the order, stock permitting and clearing of funds for payment.  The shipping time is excluded. We reserve the right to delay dispatch of an order (e.g. due to insufficient stock). Orders, Refunds and Exchanges are processed and shipped Monday to Friday only. We do not operate during national holidays. Please note this can take longer during our sale peak and promotional periods for shipments to be dispatched. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirming that your order is completed, specifying the tracking number to monitor the shipment status. Our products will be delivered to the address you gave us for delivery at the time you place your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate and to make sure that someone will be available to receive and sign for delivery. We can only accept items returned to us via our designated shipper and we only ship in Greece.
